Starting over...

Myea, I decided cuz I suck so magnificently much that I cannot make it. I can't beat NL25 (at least win any showdowns whatsoever. I just noticed this is impossible - no matter how good I am when the money goes in). So I cashed out everything but $150 at Stars where I'll start over. Maybe with better luck. Lol Luck. Lol. LUCK.

At least I can happily say I've cashed out over $2k now so Strafe's $6 wasn't all spoiled.

at least you got 2k in spending money. But don't let bad runs get you down man. I lose confidence when i'm on those horrid months. Keep doing some self checks and have PT help you if you're actually sucking or if just Lee Jones is pissing on you.

Bad runs? What's that. I thought everyone just lost to 2 outers on the river every hand. It's been so long since I won a pot I can't even remember it anymore.

How is that bad thing when all I do is lose? Poker is just plain retarded. Every time you have a streched period of massive lossage, you think it's the worst it can get. IT CAN ALWAYS GET WORSE.

And $2k is nothing, I had $3k at some point. So massive lossage at NL100, then at other limits too just slowly destroyed $1k (okay not that slowly). Today after losing to about 100000 suckout, I decided that best way is to start over from scratch and secure the $2k. Plus I'm up so a few hundred from live games too, those I seem to do better in. Maybe it's just a swing, but at least now I have more roll to play those ;D

10 buyins made u run scared, you moved up with 30buyins and u dont know if u have the skill for NL 100... move down a limit instead of moving down like 5 or w/e and cashing out

Oh wait I reread what you posted. You lost some at other limits as well. But still you couldnt have lost that much if you only lost 1/3 of your br. Just suck it up and keep going. Bad runs are part of poker and if you think you have seen bad runs now wait until you reach higher limits.

hey muh, i just lost 12 buyins on NL50. its sick but u have to overcome it. maybe try to fold overpairs more often (thats what i found is my biggest leak when i run bad - i overplay overpairs.)

muhweli i think you can succeed, you just need to really be able to take blame for some of reason for losses and assess your play critically

i remember playing i think almost 18,000 hands one week and ending up around even, because of rakeback (hi meat :D ). this last month i've made $500, because of a $850 bonus (albeit i haven't played much). and i'm damn content, because i'm improving slowly but very surely. oh fuck my electricity cut off for the 2nd time in 2 days -___- where was i, oh yeh. it's good you're having a break and giving yourself oppertunity to review your gamestyle, but don't be weak, be fucking relentless, especially if you know you're playing +ev :@

I know everyone runs bad at some point. I just also know that many people here haven't run as bad as I have. This is mostly to those owning it up at NL5-NL25 at the moment thinking poker is greeeat.
