Honestly, your expecting too much. Your not some super important VIP player and the customer service reps could care less about your 50k hands played at nl25. They are just are just regular people probably getting paid minimum wage. They can only do what they can and in your case, its not very much. They are basically the front line support that handle probably hundreds of questions everyday, most which are probably basic and stupid stuff.

This isnt POKERSTARS people. Your not gona get a personal repsonse from the VIP HOST/MANAGER. Sure the customer service rep might forward your message to them but they probably dont want to deal with you either unless your like gona sue them or something.

My Experience:
I was told i was gona for sure get a 1000$ deposit match many times by BOVADA even tho my max deposit was 500 dollars. "Just do 2 seperate deposits" I was told. Guess what? only got 500 dollars even after contacting many times in e-mail and phone and being told "We'll look into it." Never heard from them again.

Grow up man. Shit happens. If you crying over little shit like this your in for a rude awakening when you realize how life really is.

I actually found out that also if you exit a table before sitting out and your involved in a pot, say a guy shoves and your disgusted at the river card and just exit the table, they were calling off your money. Example, if you are facing a river shove and just feel he hit and sucked out and you just rage exit the table, instead of the money remaning in your stack and cards being folded, they are shipping it in the middle and exiting your table. I didn't notice this until I've been researching my HH's thoroughly. That's fucking rediculous. I'm going to open a whole new can of worms now, but I doubt anything can be done. Black Friday just needs to be over with already, sucks to be an American trying to play online. Can't even get my tilt funds, can't even play on a legit site, ( they are either bankrupt or complete tards ) ... WERE ART THOU POKERSTARS COME BACK TO ME PLEASE!

Move to Canada or Mexico to continue the NL2 grind on stars/tilt.

It's quite sad when our friends in Europe can write and speak English infinitely better than a lot of the US players on this site.
