It was good. Iono why this subject is do enjoyable and soothing.

It's out in HD quality on the bay, and I think I read It'd be coming in the next few days on National Geographic, and 4 hours ago it got posted on Youtube!!

I really liked it since it started out "careful" then got more and more interesting, and the music editing was nice, and toward the end it had a really awesome finish.

Im so glad we aren't living 500 years ago. What a horrible time to live under religious rule. I can't believe that most americans are Christians. Do you not see what the church did to people who discovered truth about the universe in which we live?

why did NDT repeatedly say the universe is 13.8 billion years old? i thought it was pretty much known to be 13.72 billion years old. WHERE DID THOSE 80 MILLION YEARS COME FROM BUDDY?

in all seriousness awesome episode. very excited for the whole series. never got a chance to watch the original cosmos in entirety. saw the first episode and it was a little boring, sagan was a little bit too over the top in his long winded descriptions for me, but NDT crushed it.

Think I saw all of the "Into the wormhole" or something like that, maybe it was Through the wormhole, hmm can't remember, the one with that pretty awesome black actor.

I got annoyed in that one, because they always just started comparing stuff, to make it "more dramatic" with scary music.

They went to a planet, where it was an inferno, then went "Ohhh, what would happen if this was on earth", then they interview scientists, and they go "Ohhhh, it'd be soo hot, we'd melt" "daayum!! And they did it pretty much every episode lol, other than that, it was pretty cool.

I'm super excited about this show. These past few months I've been on a NDT youtube binge and i kind of seemed to watch all of it. Now i have this to look forward to.

PS. Anybody know any other good documentaries or just interesting vidoes about our universe. I could watch that shit all day.

I just finished watching, was kinda smiling, and thinking the exact same thing, it's not that he puts it out there gently, so that "you can decide" if you still want to be a retard, he says it right out, this is how it is, deal with it.

Doesn't matter that much to me, since I live in Norway, and here it's like, if your super religious, you're kinda ashamed and try to hide it, but probably different in the Usa, I've heard there's millions of people there who have an iQ below 100, in some areas, trying to get creationism, intelligent design and stuff like that into science class lol.

Oh well, enjoyed it, noticed I felt it was over right away, that's always good I think.

Yes im still watching & enjoying it, along with the original Carl Sagan's serie. I think that the thing about universes inside black holes was kinda needed, he was just explaining a theory instead of just leaving it like "we don't have any idea or theory of wtf its happening, lets change subject" it would have seemed as incomplete segment, imo. After all they want people to question things, after the episodie, someone out there might be thinking "hey multiverses in black holes, i want to prove/disprove that"
