ummm won't u have the most equity here in a 4way pot?

you only gettin mega fucked by Jc9c overwise u need more than 25% equity (which i think u have) to call.

*this is the advice from an omaha noob but umm yeah there u have it.

I think it's safe to say we are ahead of James range + hes pot commited for the other $60 he has left, getting the rest in should be +EV (marginally) since we will be ahead in the 220bb sidepot

i think flatting flop w/ nuts is fine here, much more equity if we can get it all in on safe turn . call, hope they all have sets

I was surprised to find this out, but you're actually less than 20% equity against a set, a FD, and some broadway cards.

even less equity w/ a split. that's why getting it in on turn is best i think

James hand looks weak as hell here and frequently enough the two short-stacks will be sharing outs. Normally I would like to flat and shove on a safe turn to improve our equity but I don't see that there is much to be gained in this situation. Especially because a somewhat small percentage of the time you might be able to get James to fold giving you free overlay. Plus its a known fact that short-stacks don't exist except to pad pot-odds and be counted as overlay .

For those of you who don't know that the nuts can be in bad shape in Omaha, you really shouldn't post in Omaha threads.

tooker: there is very little money in stts.

Half the deck is bad nearly, we have no clue what they have and its 50plo. I assume everyone sucks horribly and see no reason to wait till the turn.

As played i guesss i ship it in for reasons Tom said, if we weren't going to have a sidepot w/ james we should probably fold - but this will make up for the times we lose the main pot

Also i was kinda interested and looked at the results.

Lolz i must say - its certainly possible folding this hand at any point postflop is bad because people at 25/50c are total idiots

Anyway just raise it up the first time and win a big pot vs james and hope to somehow hold for the mainpot. I don't think u have to wait for a nice turn or do anything clever when playing against total idiots.

i've not played much PLO hence me posting this hand. Had been awake >30h when it happened so I was just multitabling micro PLO playing level 1 poker, unusual for me not to state any reads or table flow . The play on 0.25/0.50PLO was just abysmal - probably akin to $0.05/0.10NL 2-3 years ago.

Don't have PT omaha but results; i folded -> river&turn blanks and 96xx scooped . 270bb user had set IIRC. Thought it'd be bad to get it in here w/o any redraws(except running KQ non club). TT nailed it though - didn't pick that up during the hand for some reason, the overlay there is massive.

However i'm still not sold on the flop raise. Villain leading on this flop 4way in a singled raised pot 270bb deep and i throw my hand face up. More thoughts?

u cannot reliably determine anything with this many players to flop and folding is an error
