The swimming part of it started yesterday. It's the most important swimming competition in the year. I don't know how many of you like watching swimming, i'm a big fan as I used to swim competitively as a child.

so far, paul biedermann has been upset by Park Tae-Hwan in the 400m freestyle. biedermann defeated phelps at the 2009 world championship in the 200m freestyle and is the world record holder for both 200m and 400m freestyle.

australia won the 4×100m freestyle relay, france came in 2nd and USA got 3rd.

this is the 400m final, look at park's boost in the late stages of the event, really sick
