bad end to a good month

After playing next to no hands in Feb + March I decided to buckle down and play a lot of hands this month. I played a decent amount and improved quite a bit. I'm happy with the results this month and that I moved up from nl50 to 200. I'm going to stay at nl200 for a while probably till I have at least 50 buyins for nl400.
As for today I had quite a swingy session. I lost quite a few stacks with overpair vs tp ai on the flop. I did get the money in good everytime except for once, maybe twice. Overall I'm pretty happy with the way I played today.

Went pretty well didn't really lose many big pots except for one. Ran really hot in the beginning then cooled down but overall a good first session. Hopefully it keeps going well and I wont have to move down due to a downswing or something.

I just played a little over 8 hour session mostly 6-8 tabling. I started out decent then proceeded to run like shit. I believe I stayed level-headed and played pretty well throughout the session. Too tired now to post much else. I also made 6k fpps so I think I'ma get a IPod Touch from the fpps store.

I haven't really bought anything with my fpps except $50 bonuses which I see now is -ev and useless. I'm thinking about getting either a ps3/xbox/wii/ipod touch what do you recommend and why?
As for poker I kept procrastinating yesterday and ended up now playing. Today I played a 4 hour session, had a few suck outs and lost some flips. Overall I feel I played decent and I'm up for the day so its pretty nice. I'm pretty much rolled for nl200 so I'm gonna be there soon.

I feel I've made a lot of progress recently. I've been playing a lot more, fixing leaks in my game and maintaining a good winrate. I've also been running pretty decent so can't complain. This time I'm going to wait till I have 40 buyins to move up to nl200 which I should be able to reach soon. If anyone would like to talk about poker or random crap I'm available-just pm me with your msn.
Also I'm paranoid so if anyone can recommend me a good antivirus or any program that detects any spyware and stuff that can potentially be harmful I'd appreciate it.

Was up 1.1k at one point but decided to keep playing. I played 1 hand really badly and that tilted me so I started to play badly and lost 4 buyins. I was tempted to continue playing but I felt I was playing bad so I quit.
Still good for first session at nl100 though even tho I'm pretty pissed off right now.
btw I need to know more people that play poker pm me

I finally am properly rolled for NL100 after the last few days. Hope NL100 goes well and I hope to not hit a downswing.
