+8k or so for October
  jkeller, Nov 01 2008

My luck finally caught up with me toward the end of the month. I had been running +2k in all-in luck, and almost all of that good luck turned on its head in the last week. But I still managed to grind out my best month so far. The last part of the month I was trying to finish well in a rake race, and that type of high hand volume doesn't suit me playing my best game, but hey, its over now. I don't think in the future I am going to go for rake races. I think I would have won more just sticking to my normal game, playing when I feel good to play and limiting the amount of tables to what I feel comfortable with to maximize winrate. Anyway, here is my graph and hopefully I can keep this up for next month!

Well, I had my first losing session in 3 weeks today. Ran shitty, but made a $1000 comeback from lowpoint of -1450 to finish at -437, and I would have actually made money if I ran just even. Here are my charts for today and for last 3 weeks. I am debating getting Holdem Manager because PT3 doesnt support UB yet, and I think it is definitely superior to PT2...anyone have any thoughts on that?

I ran like God for the 3 weeks prior to today. Didnt play much but winrate was pretty good with all that luck. Wish I could keep this winrate up permanently, gotta keep working on my game...as you can see my win w/o sd is pretty bad. Overall up $4388 over 24.4k hands for +5.2BB/100 +8.9 SD and -3.6 noSD. Adjusting for luck its +2.0BB/100, which seems to be pretty close to my true winrate.

nl200
  jkeller, Oct 17 2008

Moved up to nl200 after like winning like 80 bi at nl100. I have tried to move up to nl200 a few times and always seemed to lose 4-5 bi really quickly. So this time I decided to just ride it out and stick with it, giving myself like 15 bi to play with. I started out losing 10 bi in the first few days. I got on a heater after that, winning $2500 then $1000 in a tournament. Then I lost $2300 in 2 days. That was about 3 weeks ago. Since then I haven't had a losing session! This is first streak this long since I have started playing poker seriously, in January. Combination of really good luck and solid play, but its definitely been nice. Up about $5000 total in that time period over about 20k hands. I am on campus now so when I get back home I will post the graph, but it is something like that.
