FR noob

haven't played this game in ages, school pretty much takes up all my time these days. not gonna lie, do miss it alot
started playing NL25 FR again. they have 250bb tables now? 20-50bb tables? so short stacks can play together lol? how things have changed
its amazing what you can forget in a year... thinking about the days i used to 24 table nl25 for 5ptbb. these days i dont even know what players i should be stealing blinds from or what i should call oop.
really hope i can put in a couple hours a week playing this game i use to love.
do take a look at my hands, any help is appreciated

so it looks like im going to take the job at health canada for resume padding purposes though the hourly is 26$ due to some sick connects cuz canadian gov't jobs for uni students is standardized at like 18$ for 3rd years.

i dont even think i can put in 4-5 hrs/week for poker starting june because for 7-3 job and im getting back into badminton and want to train for the toronto marathon. Anyone in Ottawa (kanata)/downtown toronto wanna play/train?

may was alright pokerwise, I crushed NL25 for 6ptbb the first 15k hands of this graph, and the NL50 swings just annoy me endlessly. Although it makes me kinda happy when edzwoo sweated me for the last 1k hands and said im not completely retarded lol


for alot of my NL50 hands i've been playing in the mornings eastern time and i think esp the 50bb min tables, its a huge nit/reg fest
Tonight i played for like the first time in the evening and the tables were so ridiculously loose i thought i was playing on another site. What times are good for FR on stars?

ugh, I think this is the first time I've actually been tilted by poker. Last summer I played like 200k hands, had an 18BI downswing but still I had my head on straight. In the last week I've had 4BI swings at NL50 every 1-2k hands. Im playing so bad and really this is like the first time in my life i've felt angry/tilted at my own incompetence
I want to play, I want to learn how to play, but talking to rockman last night I know my poker 'career' is going to end in 4 months and rl obligations are really restricting the amount of time I can put in this summer.
And today I was just offered a 9-5 lab tech position which would basically mean I will never play seriously.

I want to put the hands in tmr, but im kinda tilted atm. Restrict myself to only 4 tables? (im only playing 6-9 now anyways)
I dont want to move down because i have over 100BI for NL50 and I know I can beat Nl25

finally going to play poker seriously
school has always been number 1 priority and i've played like 40k hands all school year. was always trying to nut peddle (and sucking at) NL50 FR for the longest time. its time to cut the tables and actually learn how to play this game.


first 10k hands mostly 6-9 tabling NL25FR, some NL50
4k break even stretch is when I opened up 20 tables of NL25 for pleasure. I don't think I played differently, only that people seemed to fold at all the right times and call whenever I didn't have it.

these last 14k hands i've been running at 25/21 total AFreq of 50% and total AF of 4.9 lol
a nice 4.7 ptbb heater =)

on a side note, who's had their wisdom teeth taken out?
im getting mine out tmr and i hadn't really thought about the pain until my dad just told me people's faces are swollen like none other and they can't eat for 3 days... im almost scared
