Hi,

Ive just ended another session and it was a profitable one:


I started session badly, because I got one cooler:

After that I was down one BI. I won some small pots and after about 1.2k my profit was $10. Then I got a 10min break and after that I back to play.

I have few hands, I wanna talk about:

I think that till the end of the month I will be moving at NL100 (I want to habe $4k bankroll to play lightly).

Hi,

Today Ive played few tournaments and cashed only in one. I ended 2nd place ($600) in Summer Ranking Tournament at Betsson ($20+$5 - know that rake is higher but $3 from $5 of the rake will be added to the prizepool of main tournament). There were sth like 60 players and I didn't make any mistake, I always had the best hand but the final one:

I wasnt able to fold it. Its a pity because the first place guarantee seat at the final, but thats ok - there are also 17 other tournaments and I think that I can qualify easily...

Hi,

Yesterday was a bit working day for me. I got up early about 11am, ate brunch, reposed for while, and then I was training for about 3 hours (just ACT - because I havent been training for a year, and A6W - geeez this is sooo hot Its only a 6 day but I see results.)

The day passed really quickly and at 4pm I started playing some tournaments. Firstly I played $30 5kg and went busto AQ < QQ (guy was thinking about laying down queens on the board T554 - I had a tight ass image ), then I qualified to Big Deal and also went busto with KJ on the board JJT63 (guy had TT obviously). During BD I was playing also 18kg 20+R and was about 25th when 120 left but I lost big pot QQ < KK, I fell to 5k at chips, made two chancy but succesful resteals and was up to 9k but then I picked up AK and some guy busted me with his 99 allin preflop.
To sum up, my tournament bankroll is down to $1340 and I made a decision that until I get $2.5k I will be playing only $10-$20 FO, rarely $30.

Thats not an end, because at 11pm I started playing some cash tables. At the beggining I was down 2 buyins after 50 hands !!! (wtf), then after 1k hands I was down 5 buyins (geeez I was playing TAG sth like 24/19/2.5, but donks were donking me out). I saw that this way I cant win so I stared playing LAG, and after another 800 hands I managed a profit (just $39 but still its a profit).

The last one, I think that I have some problems with my pride =] because 3 months ago I was playing NL400 and now I have to grind low limits and its kinda funny because there are some hands where I have nothing but I figured out an idea to bluff opponents and I play the bluff correctly (funny thought =] ) but they still calling with 3rd or bottom pair geeez and Im losing buyins. I will have to even slave away at my discipline because by this moves Im losing to much.

Ohh, I would forget. I made small withdrawal from my cash games account because I wanna join to PXF.com. I feel that I have some shortages which I wanna repair.

After a very good session, I played two more (each for about 1k hands) and in the first session I played badly but still I managed some profit. The second one was a cooler one. Ive been playing good but get three coolers and made one poor bluff and in a result i was down almost four buyins...

Probably if not these funky coolers I would be up, but thats ok. I feel that my all play was good but one (or two) poor bluffs.
I start thinking if the bluffing at this stake is correct, cause there is a lot of donks who call with bottom pair or sth like that...

This was a difficult one. Firstly I put him on a set, but he raised so qucikly + his AF = 4 I change a decision and put him on a draw (87) or some fancy top pair. How do You think guys?

Hi,

Im David and I come from Poland. Ive been playing poker for 1 year I think, but seriously since February. In April I played NL400 and I tried to move at NL600 but I got some badbeats and hit a downswing and my roll decreased from sth like $12k to about $2k. I think I was playing good but have no luck.
Now my roll is about $6k but Ive made some withdrawals and have only $3k at pokerrooms (as I am a tournament player I have 1,5k at tournnaments and 1,5k at cash games)
