after my monster tilt, did some recovery. I found out that i win most of my money from shortstackers. What does that mean? im a donk? im a nit? im an idiot? i play too tricky?

After building my roll to 2k+ over and over, and blowing it at 10/20 after one losing session, i hope this time i've matured enough to grind poker for real this time. been pretty consistent but we'll see, this is my feburary graph so far. i still have major tilt issues, hopefully this time im not gonna play 10/20

so i dropped 9 buyins over the last 3 days at 50nl because of good playing too. bluffed off maybe 1.5 buy ins and lost everything 70% favorite, getting shoved against by ppl with naked flush draws and them getting there, and then have ppl shove top pair against my AA. blah so nasty. plz gimme insight on how long should i stay away from playing? maybe a 3 days? help. sick sick down swing, fulltilt's doomswitch is like clockwork, always..... pisssssssssssssssss coming out my assssssssssssssssss. fuck.

and decided to no longer play half my bankroll at one table. so i have enough for 100nl and grinded 50nl for a lil, anything i should look out for when changing from 50 to 100? thnx
