Hope everyone is having a good one. I'm taking today off so I thought it'd be a good time to give a status update on my quest for a 100k year. So far I have played 78k hands and have made around 14,300$. If I was to just stick to 200NL I would have played 72k hands and banked 17k$. Not a biggy though, I am running at 6.02PTBB over those 72k hands so I am pretty stoked with that even considering my latest downswing (2500$). I feel like I have been playing realllllly solid poker and am very happy with that as well. I just wish I could start winning some more all ins as a slight-heavy favorite as I feel this is holding me back at the moment. I am sure I have made a lot of mistakes over the past 72k hands but for the most part I am very happy with my play and am on track for my 100k year. As of right now I have ~39k vpps/year so I am happy that I will be making SN in another couple months as I originally planned on making it in 6 months. I feel pretty content with life in general right now and will be updating the blog more to come. Wish me luck on my quest and good luck to all of you out there trying to grind hard!

So on my quest to my 100k year I have been playing lots of hours (for me) and logging lots of hands. Today I eclipsed the 33% mark to SuperNova for the year which I am stoked about. This month has been pretty solid so far and I am at 24k hands in running like complete garbage but up 4400$ still. I feel great right now in life and could not be happier. Hopefully I will bank ~12k this month and complete my goals of playing 60k at 6ptbb. So far it's looking like I will get the hands in but perhaps not the PTBB. I am running at 5.7 so who knows though. Well good luck at the tables guys!

Blah 9 days into Febuary and I am running decent. Today was such a shit hole though. If I ever hated anyone more than I hate moneymakker or w/e that cock blowers name is at 200NL PS let God strike me down with lightning. I'm still alive... I also missed 3-5 combo draws after flatting bets in position and then having the guy shove the river etc. Just one time I would like to hit one of those and snap off his shove. 1/12 of the way there.

That is until the end of the year. January was fantastic. I ran well in life and poker. I maintained my grades at the University while playing more hands and netting more $/BBs than I ever have before in a month. I also racked up more VPPs/FPPs than ever before. I feel like I made a big jump in my game style this month and have been utilizing some new strategy while playing 200NL. Obviously I ran spectacular but despite going throw a 3.5k downswing I still managed to break the 10k mark. This is one of the best highs in my poker career. I am super excited for the superbowl coming up Sunday and put a whopping 325$ down in bets across various betting ideas. I am way -ev so far in these bets but oh well, looks to be a good time. I hope everyone reading this is having as good of a time as I am lately. Also if one of you are rdog I was playing around at the tables today and it was just funny how you over reacted so hard core. 100k Year.

Thats going to be the topic of a lot of my following blog posts. That is my goal for the year and I think it is attainable if I really buckle down and grind my head off. I am planning on playing around 30-40k hands a month on average and a bulk of it will be at 200 on PS. Wish me luck all! Also will be posting month graph in a couple days. It is a treat imo. My friend recently bought a computer, so I was like effff this I have to one up him. So I started looking around for better computers. I really like the Dell XPS and its ~1200$ for the upgrades I want/need to make it better than his. So yesterday I told myself I was grind until I made 25bi at 200 today. It started off slow and I managed to put in the most hands in a day that I ever have before, and also won the most BI's I ever have before. I haven't made 25bi but am at 10bi right now. I am probably going to play ~2 more hours throughout today so I have a slight shot. Regardless today was great, the link below is the 2p2 post I made showing my graph/stats.
