Apparently we won't get nothing happen to us, one of the guys wanted to plead guilty and the crown attorney even told him he shouldnt.

So i guess i only lose my money there with no added fine

last july i went to montreal to see family and while doing so i went to play in a live cash game outside the casino, downtown montreal (not with the indians).

Long story short... the cops came in and cleaned the house and arrested us all, took our money and let us go free. That poker house had been running for over 4 months. I lost my 127.50$ in chips + cash in my wallet - 20$, for a total of 327.50$. Which sucked because I really am not rich, but i could handle it and the cops told us we probably wouldnt have any more consequences.

Today, I recieved a letter letting me know I was summoned at the law court in early december.

I talked to my friend who talked to a lawyer, and apparently the *maximum* that i could recieve would be 6 months in jail or 5k$. I mean wtf i went there to play nl50 ready to lose a buyin or 2, not 100.

I'm probably going to end up having a fine of 100-1000 but i really have no idea on what to expect.

First of all, Netherlands wins, then Spain wins (if they lost id lose 50$ to player999), then i just played some sit and go just like old times 15 months ago, but only the 12$ 180 mans and 45 mans, none of the 6.50, which i used to grind too. and i ran somewhat well i guess.



The month started very hot playing only headsup,dropped my job to only play them, then i started playing bad again i guess. I think it was night2o1 that said something about sample size, and I guess he was right

so anyways i played a lot of husng + hypers 22$ in order to get back to gold star at least, and get enough fpp for the turbo takedown, where i went down quite early.

10ish days ago i restarted playing a couple sngs and I ran SUPER FUCKEN HOT, which lead me to play more, and my graph just skyrocketed.

Gonna go on vacation next week, hoping i dont lose the touch while im off.




Nice "coming back to poker" month imo, im very happy with my decision atm.

Go spain, plz brazil lose!

Hello LPers, after a while, I finally successfully cracked the low stakes husng, which makes me happy and wasnt as ez as i thought it was gonna be, and it was quite disturbing to say the least.



I've had a dream where Gamblor came and told me how to play, then it's just an ez grind, and it's easily much more profitable and stable than anything i've played in the past, and i'm enjoying it.



So I decided to quit my job again, with a 2 hour notice, and i'll just grind up those for the rest of the summer at least, and go to school in automn as was planned, and part time those during it.

Edit: oh and doing so, i played a couple 22$ hypers too

So far my hu sng results are depressingly terrible, but my turbo mtt/sng are pretty good but i have very low volume in those.

In the meantime, I played a little on ftp since i just swapped 200 over there, played a turbo-rush-mtt-rebuy and did prety well, the field was incredebly fucken soft

So I was going to barely play more poker for the summer... I had deposited 100$ since I had some spare money due to full time working. I played some 6$/11$ HU, but like less than 8 over the 4 days where I actually had money in my roll.

Saturday morning, after my night shift, I learnt I wouldn't get any more hours at work. Basically, it was an unofficial way of firing me.

Few hours later, I decided to play some more HU, ended down about 10$, but decided to enter the 11$ turbo 25k guaranteed, which i've won, my irl friend won, and that I FTed before also.

So yeah, I came pretty close to winning it, and got 1.3k, which lowered the financial pressure I just got that morning.


Now, I'm thinking of going back to full time poker for the summer, because I still have plans for school in september, but yeah I'm going to restart grinding for at least a week or 2 and see what happends.

Hello LPers,

I have been inactive for the last 3-4 months due to complete destruction of my roll, followed by a failed stake attempt, which I didn't even start paying back yet... will soon though, sry Robinson.

I have a full time job now, and i'm going to start school in september in order to become a programmer and make better Blizzard games.

Poker was good for me, as I lived off it for a year and a half, but now I simply had to stop completely, and I wouldn't be able to restart full time, so I might just keep playing at a very small volume/stake level, but will most likely never become serious about it again, which sux after all the training hours i've been through.

hey my funds are very low now... i feel really good about my game still but spewed a shitload on hyper turbos.

im still up 4.1k according to opr in 2k10... i have pretty nice low stake results since august but very poor money management.

wondering if anyone would want to stake me for a fair amount of monies for the long term, ive been staked before on partttimepoker once.. that was for sngs 12$-, was down early on then made it all back with a surplus 2 days after the beginning i canceled the deal and gave him a 80$ish profit.
