Been barking all day today(since 830 am) for the last few weeks ****ing pissing me off / waking me up 2-3h early. I was gonna go to his home today and settle this, but pav told me to write a note and leave it on his door, since he could potentially be a psychotic. the dog is really loud (one of those deep barks) and and outside 8h+ daily
BTW its not my direct neighbour, its a a house maybe 70m from me across the road, what would you guys do here

I've been following new Jersy since the begining of the season - they currently sit at 3-36, with a current losing streak of 7 games, and counting!
