Here is their Response: (lol at me not giving him my name and still looking it up, i guess he looked over my pokerstars account)
Hello Michael,
Thank you for your email.
PokerStars is planning to introduce new rules regarding results database
sites like SharkScope in the near future. The rules will allow all players
to opt out from such databases if they wish, and will require players to
explicitly give permission before detailed statistics about them can be
displayed.
When the rules are implemented, sites will be allowed reasonable time to
comply with them, but any that choose not to do so will be prohibited. At
present, SharkScope has not agreed to comply with the rules, so is listed
as 'Pending' in our Prohibited Programs FAQ. This may of course change in
the future.
As the new rules are not in force yet, and because SharkScope still has a
chance to comply with the rules, we will not be warning or punishing
players who use it for the time being.
Regarding our shuffle, it is completely random, favoring or disfavoring no
player over any other. The computerized methods we use to shuffle the deck
are more than sufficient to ensure complete randomization of the cards,
and complete unpredictability of the cards to come. You can see the
description of these methods at:
http://www.pokerstars.com/security.html
In addition, we track all hands dealt daily to see if there is any
statistically significant variance.
In fact, we gave the source code to two independent auditors who reviewed
our shuffle algorithm and found it sound and random. You may read the
analyses of these auditors at:
http://www.pokerstars.com/rng_audit.html
We have dealt over 15,000,000,000 hands, and have freely given out real
money hand histories any time somebody has requested them. Not once has
anybody found any indication that our shuffle is not 100% random, and many
who have undertaken such studies have posted their findings to the
Internet. You may find just two of them here:

us.

Just got back from Casino

For the most part i think it went pretty well. I played the lowest stake($1/$3)(which my grandparents staked me for as a going away present because i'm shipping out in late May for the Marines). This wasn't my first time playing at a casino and i usually get REALLY nervous when playing with people i don't know live, which i would think made me play bad. This time was completely different, for some reason i for the first 45 minutes i was pretty card dead(best cards i got was AQ and AJ, both raised and taken down with a cbet). EVERYBODY at my table loved to limp except two COMPLETE stakes who had about $600 behind them(max buy-in at morongo was $100).
So after about 45 minutes of not getting anything i finally get AKs while sitting UTG, i raised to 12 got 1 caller. Flop came A-X-X rainbow(x's are randoms below Ten) i waited a bit and checked. Villian who would usually bet if people checked to him did as i thought and bet $8, thought a bit and called. turn was a Jack. i bet $15 into him, he minraised me(they love doing this at casinos for some reason) so i pushed him all in, he thought awhile and called, mucked when he saw my AK, now sitting nice with about $230.
Another 30 minutes went without really picking up anything except low pocket pair, which i would limp because they're would be like 3-5 limpers before me :. I finally took a 20 minute break to see how my grandparents were doing walking out with $201. they said they wanted to do slots a bit more(my grandma miraculously always comes up playing nickle slots, its ridiculous, she was up over $250). So i happily returned to the poker room and sat back down at the same table re-buying in for $100 again. After about 3 revolutions (about $12 away) i picked up Pocket 3's, again was forced to limp because of the 4 limpers infront of me(i was sitting on the Cut-off) Button calls, SB calls, and BB minraised. 3/5 people called(2 retards folded) i called, Button called, SB folded.
Flop came A-3-9. The BB bet $8, everybody insta-folded, so i smoothe-called, and so did the button. Turn was a 7. BB checked, so i bet $15, Button called, BB thought about it awhile and finally folded. River came was a 6. No flush draws, feeling good that i have the best hand. Btw the Button was a HUGE retard who bought in for $40 and sucked out on some guy and doubled up, lol he was some 55-year old Hispanic-Bum looking guy, who kinda smelled.(i would have NEVER guessed he played poker if i saw him on the street). Anyways i bet and he went all in. I insta-called showing my Set of 3's. He showed up with 4-5 offsuit, rivering his gut-shot on me.... I immediately called him a retard and got up and left, walking away from the poker table up $1, lol.
Basically i don't know why i wrote this, just felt like expressing myself through the majesty of writing, hahaha. Anyways even though i only came up $1 i had fun for the 4 1/2 hour session i played and felt like i learned alot.
*End Rant*
