Just simple props to Dan of Hero Poker and staff. I have sent them a few emails regarding about how to set up an account and other related questions and they've always responded in a timely manner. I have also asked them to reactivate my first deposit bonus because I tried to withdraw after my first deposit but then I changed my quickly changed my mind.

should have gone to lock. as far as i know that is the only site it is possible to cash out from. wish i had money there instead of carbon; i have to pay almost 20% vig to get money off the site through player transfer for greendot/bank deposit |

well just saying because they didn't have to reactivate my first deposit bonus. Doubt PS or FTP would have done the same.
Oh and I am going to Lock, once I clear the first deposit bonus, was actually on my way to cashing out again until Dan reactivated my bonus |

you can cashout from hero it just takes time. |

More like make first time deposit for first time bonus, then try to withdraw because I got aggro. When you try to withdraw it deactivates your first time bonus because of the promotion rules. Later on I change my mind during the withdraw process and I ask Hero poker to reactive my first time deposit bonus and they were like "sure np".
Just sayin, cool company imo, regardless of rake and rakeback. |

Lock check withdrawals come through after about a month. I hear they're adding bank wires, but not 100% sure those have started yet. Also can do WU. |
