Maybe he really likes music, or is a little deaf, or he thought your complaint was sarcasm, and you just came to compliment his good music taste!!

5 years ago I lived in an apartment above an apartment that had orgies every weekend. They would blast the weirdest music, like shit from the vagina monologues, and go at it for like 16 hours at a time. My roomy and I got smashed one night and took some 40's and smashed them on their door. That didn't solve anything, but it was fun Fucking Eugene.

Some people are weird. I had this retarded neighbor who used to play loud music every single day in the morning. It used to tilt the shit out of me. One woman complained about it and he told her that she should tell her husband to go talk to him and that he would be waiting with his gun lol. A few days after that he stopped doing it though.

Friend of mine had sort of the same problem and hung a cardboard sign in front of the window of the apartment below with 'Stop this gay music, I am not gay!'
The guy then came upstairs screaming 'What the hell? Just ask me normally!!'.
He replied: 'But I am not gay!'

Then the fight started.

Hard to get through to some people, but if you become friends with him, make him like you, then he will probably stop. Might be too late though at this point.
