Tutz Perm Banned

I was the one who banned him, and no, he wasn't banned for that post, but for his general history.

Enough is enough, when you are asked to stop and you are doing exact opposite, you can't expect anything else. Six previous bans/warning is way longer then I should have waited before taking that decision anyway.

seems harsh. tutz particpates in the community a lot, everyone knows him, he barely trolls, posts good blogs. honestly id much rather ban the person whose blog we're on for 3 years of trolling.

but neither of them are in the area even close to deserving perma bans imo. the other regular users that got perma-banned were people like pitf who were just total cancers on the community.

everyone has their place imo. tutz posts worthwhile stuff. someone like huhu who probably deserves a ban is at least funny when he does it. in between his garbage tom makes really good posts. bilat posts tons of recent news. meh, i wouldnt ban anyone at this point

I didnt think tutz got out of line too much.. We have way worse guys here :/

We are not going to keep on banning him with smaller bans forever.
He was asked to stop posting in certain matter, he got warnings on his account, he got short and then long duration bans on his account. Despite all this he still thinks he is allowed to do as pleased and even more - he started provoking mods to prove that he can indeed do so, since some people like him.

This won't ever happen.

I found his blogs entertaining. His comments barely classify as inflammatory and can easily be ignored. It's not like he's a spammer.

I appeal the decision for a permaban and request a review of the case. It's not that tutz is a friend of mine (never spoken to him directly) but I think this site would be less colorful, enjoyable place without protecting the fanciful expressions of character that almost all our prolific posters indulge in.

read over his last 100 or so posts, it seems pretty justified to me. his prior bans were what i would describe as "thin" but this one definitely not. i stand corrected!
