I'm newish and not good at poker, also don't know all your story, but this is something I gathered from my experience with stuff, take it or leave it.
Not taking a day off is pretty stupid. You should absolutely take days off from time to time and use those days to rest and take your mind off things (stuff like doing sports or meditating or reading or some shit that doesn't involve alcool/drugs)
Healthy for the mind and the soul and seems to be a +EV move.
From what I gather you have failed many times before and I was wondering if the location and your ''determination'' where the only things you were actually doing different in hopes of achieving what you could not? Seems to me everytime it didn't work out for you was always because of the mental side. Seems to me everytime it's because you strayed off MTTs.
I think if you keep on going like this, your mental state will become worse. Sure maybe results will start showing before it gets the best of you, and then you will come back on course. Maybe, maybe not I'm no expert at poker.
