Last month I didn't make a thread because I moved and stuff but played like 15k hands up started up 2.5k ended the month down like 1k.

I'm trying to stop fapping so much since that byrnesam thread so there won't be any thread saver. Also still eating good I've stopped completely with junk food, sweets and soda just feels like I'm poisoning my body and mind with it.
Have 3 huge omega-3 pills a day, used to have only 1 a day because it also had multivitamins but I recommend the pure.

But since i almost always had a girlfriend within the last 10 years i did some experimenting on this, too
Fapping too much (more than 7 times a weak) will decrease your interest in sex with gf quite a bit.
Not fapping at all in my experience is even worse though ...
I tried it for a while but it made me so horny for every half way decent looking girl i saw in rl that after some weeks i felt it was close to impossible to not cheat on my gf....
So i started fapping a bit again and the urge to fuck every women i see dissapeard.

Imo 3-4 times sex a week with GF + 2-3 times fapping to porn works best.

Men are not born to fulfill their complete sexuallity on 1 single women. That just doesnt work
But i dont want to cheat on someone i really love either.
So i think its pretty good compromise to watch some porn every now and then
