Since you're already doing BJJ, take up wrestling. There's no point in training in striking if you don't want to get hit in the face.
If you're ever in a real fight, a weak overhand punch into a double-leg will do the trick, followed by you doing whatever you want with your BJJ/wrestling skills. Although, jab-jab-head kick would feel much better to do in a real fight. |

What sought of structure are you looking for to play 100k hands (game/number of tables/hours per day/days per week)?
I played 100k hands once, but felt pretty stressed out in the process, being used to playing 30-40k hands/month. I wish I could just go Nanonoko and play 100k+ hands a month and improve, but I don't think that's gonna happen. It's also really important to me that I enjoy playing and I don't when the volume is too high. |

get maybe 3x 1.5k hand sessions in each day, mostly 6max and short handed/HU if I'm starting tables etc. Got complicated because I got some new info (I need to rake about 3.5k€ on some eurosite to change a tournament money into real money) so it'll be less zoom then I hoped, but whatever. I'll just go monster style and hope that I run decent in the beginning so I get a positive feel for it. |
