Being the dog is the point where everyone starts at. The challenge is getting from there to becoming a confident winner. Keep focused on improving your play, not your short term results. Avoid the trap of ending your sessions with "oh I won/lost $xx time to brag/cry." Make sure you're learning something from every uncomfortable spot.
