several years ago i was playing drunk on stars, i was in a pot where i had AA which i 4bet pre and saw some raggy flop like J75 or smth with 2 other players. i cbet and one of the other players shove and i somehow folded.

in retrospect it's pretty clear that i just drunk missclicked but at the time i was pretty convinced there was a "glitch" in the software and sent stars support an e-mail saying that it folded my hand even though i clicked call. i also included a short rant about how absurd it would be to fold AA there

one of their departments sent me a reply asking me to send some file that apparently would show if there was any error (no clue how that works). after looking at it they sent me another reply saying something like "There was no error in our system, but because you are a valued customer we have refunded the money you had invested in the pot". was at 100nl so with the 4bet + cbet it was $40-something.
