I have recently received letters from the Swedish Tax Agency and judgment, that I submit all my profits outside of the EU in the period 2008-2012, including netelleruttag and God knows what. Assume that there is more than I who has gone on this grejjen and wonder if you know how to do. I have estimated for my sunday million-credit, but in addition to the I have fan no idea of what I boosted or gone back from year to year.

Parallellt med eventuell "utredning" vad som krävs för att de ska lägga ner bör du även googla lite på hur och om de kommer skönstaxera dig om du inte ger in tillräckligt underlag. Om de gör det tror jag det kan bli en liten jobbig uppförsbacke.

Utan att ha sett vad SKV skriver i sitt brev till dig tror jag inte att det är optimalt att skita i det. Därmed inte sagt att du ska svara dem, gör en genomgång av dina insättningar/uttag över åren till siter (begär ut kontoutdrag från banken från A - B). Du kan även kolla med din bank om de är tvugna att rapportera utbetalningar till/insättningar från utländska konton (jag tror min bank har 100k som breakpoint). I så fall kan det vara så att banken bara har info om de betalningar som överstiger den summan varpå du kan anpassa din "strategi" därefter.

du gör rätt i att hålla ditt nick på forum där du postar om dessa saker separat från eventuella kopplingar som skatteverket kan göra, om det är så att du tänker ignorera skiten eller ljuga. samma sak gäller om du postar en graf eller liknande. har kompisar som jobbar på skatteverket som säger att det är lite krigsvarning. därmed inte sagt att jag tycker att du ska ljuga eller skita i det.

Thanks everyone for info both here and in private messages. Still dont have all the numbers so I cant say for sure, but it looks like I wont have to pay the government much seeing as i mostly avoided playing on stars and I have already taxed my sunday million-win. Gonna have to look more closely at it and ive asked stars for a complete transaction and withdrawal history so I guess time will tell. Really sucks for alot of swedes though, The way they are trying to tax us is completely retarded. I imagine some guys are really getting their lives ruined by this.

Basicly they are asking me for a complete transaction history of all poker sites, neteller, moneybookers, and every account I have had linked to neteller or stars/ftp-accounts. Its basicly a days work sitting and compiling all this information that is then used to try to fuck me in the ass. Good stuff

lol that is sick. How did they find you? Are they going after specifically for poker players?

Yes they are targeting specific poker players. I think 6 months ago they changed the way poker winnings are taxed (before it was every hand lol), but pretty much no-one declared their poker income anyway. This is a way to set an example.

some guys that won alot in like 08 that are busto now, working normal 9-5 jobs have been charged with millions of SEK in taxdept (or w/e its called in english)

and prettymuch their entire lifes are ruined since many of the involved dont have any money anymore
