This month i was playing allright, but there was still time i could play better and more focused.

Bought glasses to computer, i look awful in them, chose the cheapest frames cause noone will see me in them except poker tables ;O but now my eyes can rest while im working

have you tried http://stereopsis.com/flux/ it will make your eyes feel a lot better especially at night because it will adjust your brightness for you

Is it Gunnar glasses? I got them from PS store, haven't used them much tough.

naaah, i bought normal glases, i have -0.75 in one eye and -0.25 in the other, it was exhausting to sit long hours looking at small stacks, bets and nicknames

I've been wearing glasses at the computer for many years. I've recently started using the computer with them off, as my vision is still passable. I recommend mixing it up. Concentration seems to come easier when I have to do a little work to see/interpret.

I use gunnars, and find it alot less stressful on my eyes. I used to get headaches and sore eyes from long sessions but now I am totally fine.
