heres what i usually do:

chicken breast: cut it into little pieces, spice it any way you want and roast it on some oil

this you can eat with frozen vegetables, instant salads, rice, bread etc

You can make 10000000x variations on that.

I recommend watching his other videos. The ones he's making sth, not teaching at school...

I learned cooking by watching his vids and now always get compliments from all my friends.
AND I DON'T NEED ANY RECIPES... (although they give ideas)

First thing is to have fun experimenting a lot. You can eat pretty much any experiment.

If you want ridic easy, you can just rinse off a bunch of drumsticks or thighs, put aluminum foil on the baking sheet, and bake for 45 at 425 degrees

I also recommend aluminum foil baking sheet hamburger patties at 350 for 30 min. Don't cover the patties with aluminum foil.

a nice trick is to try cooking everything in the oven at least once. its minimally labor intensive and only takes AFK time for the baking part.

It takes more than 20 minutes but you can get 10 servings from SilveryHydra's Meat Slop recipe. Google it.

Nearly every real recipe I use is created fairly spontaneously and it works out quite nicely after having accumulated some cooking experience

Always try to mix in a little bit of chaos -- randomness -- and you will learn a lot of new things in the kitchen and avoid boredom.

Get a slow cooker.

Seriously.

Throw shit in there, put on lo for 5-8 hours, come home to most amazing, tender, fall-off-the-bone meat(s).

Marinades are your friend.
Just grab a bottle of your favorite; marinate overnight then heat and eat. BOOM!
Can use salad dressings (eg. Olive oil and herb parmesan) as a marinade for veggies too; then just stirfry or saute for a few minutes, so good.

beer could work. That video was actually pretty badass. I loved the way he presented it. I am gonna give it a try this week. Also yeah I have moved to making something from ground beef every week and chicken at least twice a week.

Simple and very tasty , but high carbs !

my everyday breakfast

-> 2-3 eggs , 100g oatmeal ,60g mozarella cheese (the one that is allready cut in stripes) , 1-2 Onions , a good amount of piri piri mixed spice

1.)Oil in pan and heat it up -> cut onions in slices and give in pan
2.) Mix 2-3 egs + oatmeal + mozarella slices + good amount of piri piri all in a seperated bowl till u got some mash like thingy
3.) give all the mash in the pan with onion slices and make it like a pancake

2-3 Minutes till it is nice and then turn the mash and heat 2-3 minutes on the other side.

Overall time spend on whole process 9-12 Minutes

Simple , healthy , tasty and high calories for sportsman

Honestly, the best kinds of meats for slow cookers are the cheap kinds that have connective tissue which are generally very tough to eat if you say, grilled or pan fried them. Beef chuck, oxtail, shanks, etc. Don't use high quality rib eyes or sirloin or shit like that.

Pork shoulder, chicken work very well, too.

As for recipes, if I am throwing chicken breast in there I add some salsa, taco seasoning, crushed red pepper (I rike it spicy) and put it on low for 6 hours. The salsa will keep it moist since chicken breast has very little fat and all the flavors will infuse together and you will get the most tender, fall-apart chicken that you can eat with ANY starch / carb of your choice. I usually do rice or tortillas and sometimes a mean nigger chicken sammich.

Leftovers I will always use in an egg scramble the next day.

By the way, all the meats I listed are always SUPER DUPER cheap. When you see the "discounted" meat in that corner of the meat section, don't fret. They put it there because of the color of the meat (just oxygen getting to it), not necessarily the quality. And since you are going to cook that bitch for 6-8 hours, you want the meats that can break down all that connective tissue. I've made pot roast with beef chuck and a handful of ingredients that lasted me three days.

TheHuHu4 coming soon :)
