So I'm in the process of putting together my own website. It's just gonna be all about my life and me and there will be a bit of poker stuff sprinkled in here and there. I might make a few training videos and sell them for $20 a piece just for fun and to build a bit of a following to the site.
I'm working on doing more video commentaries as well as graphs and a forum section where people could just ask me whatever. I was also gonna put up some video blogs, you know, me talking to a camera, showing you a bit about where I live, you can check out my setup and probably can find where my new eventual home for my blog will be.
What I wanna do now is like work on starting stuff small. If you guys are on facebook I want you to add me. I never really used it seriously before because I thought it was kinda lame. But now that I'm seeing what capabilities it really has to reach a wider audience I think it's the right thing for me to do and I think a lot of people will find the random stuff I post and the comments I write to be pretty cool.
I'll do a monthly pool with all the people who add me via this blog so make sure you let me know who you are. At the end of the month I'll give one of the winners a free hour of coaching. Every month.

Curious as to why you're interested in putting your name further out there in the community and make videos on your own; from my observation you have had a love/hate relationship with the broader poker community and your interaction with it has reflected that. Are you no longer working for Cardrunners? Are you planning to gain enough exposure to become sponsored by a training site? Do you consider formally giving back to the community as a bit of a clean slate for yourself?

i didnt really think i needed to get a clean slate. ive never done anything to harm the community. ive been making videos for u guys for years. i make all these blog posts that a lot of people clearly enjoy otherwise i wouldn't constantly have between 1k-1500 hits every time i post. the way i see it im just like always giving back.
i live a pretty crazy life too... im also one of the biggest winners @ 5/10 and 10/20NL in the entire US for the past two years. i think people would wanna know what im about, what i do, what my life is like and also about a bunch of poker stuff.
im gonna do a bunch of different videos, it should be a fun thing to do and i think a lot of people will appreciate it.
i dont care about being sponsored by a training site. i did just make a bunch of videos for cardrunners tho. they r doing a different type of video, short 5 minute individual HH reviews. so i did like 6 of those, im uploading them as we speak so those will be coming out soon. i figure maybe ill make some videos and just put them up for sale too. just sell a video for like 20 bux see how many people buy.
