buy a single 20pound dumbell at play it again sports or whatever the hell they have in canada for used sports equipment.

do the kettlebell exercises with the dumbell. i'd be surprised if you could do 50 starting. but basically get to the point where u can do 100, and then resell your 20 pound dumbell and get a 30.

If you cant afford a gym (100/month is pretty expensive) you can always go outside for a jog for free.

Wtf, get out there and go for some runs. Get your ipod out and start going out 20-30 mins at a time. Run/walk if you have to. Cut the shitty food out of your diet cold turkey. Then you can start complaining about gym prices.

do body weight work outs/exercises.. anything that is hard for you will be beneficial. it is a good time to roll around on the ground too

pick up some kettleballs and walk around town (if you have the stones), barbells.
