I downloaded HM2 last night, and so far have had a lot of troubles getting it to work. I have a preferred seat on Pokerstars, so I set it for the same one in HM2, but the names are still always in the wrong position; sometimes they even seem to be on the wrong table. After several hands it doesn't seem to update if somebody joins or leaves the table. It doesn't work at all for a tournament, and just perpetually says "Waiting for hands." I've tried searching for solutions, but much of the stuff I find seems to be for an older version and I can't find the stuff they say to do. Is there an easy solution here that I'm missing?

When I struggle with stuff like this I contact their support, take a ss of things ur having trouble with, and u get pretty good answers. |
