Aces aren't the single metric of whether you are running bad. Just because you didn't have aces for 1200 hands, unless that's your entire range, for all we know you could have had kings 1200 times in a row, and that wouldn't be running bad would it.

but truth be told, I've gotten kings three times, but I lost twice and the other one was a preflop fold. I've got ako about 15 times and lost 10 of those, 2 I won, three i chopped. Lost over half my queens, lost all my jacks, lost all my tens. I can see if I'm ahead by checking my all in equity. Last night, I saw a guy flop a boat with 86o 15 times in two hours, stacked someone every time, and he was up over 100 dollars for the 2/4 cent games. Clearly, the guy is a much better player than me knowing that he's going to double up with 86o before he even gets the cards.
