woke up 6:20
7:00 Gym
protein shake
bought loads of vegetables 2kg of lean pork/chicken frozen spinach and 1kg plain Muesli with nuts to last me whole weekend.
no distractions, just family lunch on Sunday. Might go for a run tomorrow morning

lets get this grind started, 30hrs is the goal this weekend pow pow pow. if I manage 55hrs in the next 8days I get to buy these puppeys for $160 (would finish my 100hr/14days thingy)

they are floorball shoes for goalkeepers. Hands down best in the world.

FUCK YEAHHHHH You no what? Ima go to sleep early and go to the gym MOTHERFUCKING AGAIN in the morning like a baws. I'm trying to find someone for squash or something if not i'll have to do the gym alone.

And I figured why I was tired - strong tea yesterday before training+some B16 B12, train 8:30-10:30pm, come home couldn't sleep until 1 woke up during the night once got up to go the gym 6:20. I fell asleep twice today uncontrollably today focusing was super painful at the tables somehow managed it for 7.5hrs.

Muesli with nuts in the morning, protein shake after gym then banana, for snack pork with vegetables during the day and sinned and made pasta with vegetables after grind as I was missing mah complex carbs too much. I'll need to buy more fruit for snacks inbetween sessions and eat more throughout the day tomorrow as it's freeroll day @stars and ill play some tourneys too so hopefully can put in solid 4hr+session in the evening in primetime with only stretch breaks.

tomorrow is chicken day got half a kilo of chicken breast unfreezing in the fridge prolly gonna get that shit with spinach and some eggs again.

Actually change of plans, woke up almost at 9 today, it would feel like there's not enough time to grind - session until 12, lunch and workout +quick nap after it before evening megagrind

gym - done
9 woke up 2hr session snack .5hr sesh
lunch - 175g chicken breast with olive oil, 250g spinach, large tomato one egg
gym 32min cross traner 20min circuits 45s excercise 15s rest

Now few sessions before 8pm when Stars freerolls commence, hopefully until 6am like last month ;P
