might do something from next year. 200 - 250m2 houses with gardens are around $1250/mo+bills, they are in the suburbs tho in town are only flats 120m2 comes for like $600. Czech republic's better in the summer tho so like April until September; winter sucks balls

ye wouldn't mind moving either - it can be for a few months even. EU and cheap expenses is a must tho, and defo do it in summer, it was raining 2 days solid, just like in Scotland ;p
