I quit MTT's. Except for Special MTT's and Live MTT's. (random MTT is ok..)
They can suck my nuts, im so tilted, literally want to shoot myself the last 2 weeks (except when im cg'ing..)
had 2 great chances yesterday, but lifetime of the previous 27k owned me *slightly more impatient daily* and i got a pittance compared to the 10k/15k...like fuckin always.
These are bringing extreme negative emotion to me and fucking with my ego.
I will play the Nightly 55/162 and 1-3 Sunday 215's SOMETIMES.
Pure Zoom for now on. Less stress, more fun, 99.3% less pain, can have a life, been winning cg for a few yrs now, but kinda just "really" got it this year when Marshall taught me.. TY Marshallgenius~
Sucking up this MTT loss and playin like 5 a month for now on. If you don't like it, suck it. Pokers my job, I gotta be where its profitable.
CG is fine - MTT's 1 mistake costs you soooooo much + badrun costs 28k in 2 weeks.....Fuck That.
I'm at 89k FPP btw, is there a bonus for reaching supernova? I see a $2500 bonus for 200k FPP, let me know if you know! (edit lol $200..)

this guy..
look at ur lifetime MTT results
compare them to ur lifetime CG results
and why do u always get urself in trouble?
ur stuck in a loop of shortterm memory, i have no fucking idea how its possible to make the same misstake this many times over and over and over again
do u never learn? Goldfish might be a more suitable name for u

Dude you won 25 buyins in a pretty big upswing judging by the (positive) coolers you were posting nonstop and suddenly you destroy cashgames?
You are so ridiculously short-term result-oriented. MTT has massive variance, 25k downswings with the buyins you're playing isn't that uncommon..

varaince is big in both gametypes
what does ur lifetime say? these are the results u should focus on
i dont have anything against u and everytime ive thought well give him a break he seems like a nice guy, maybe its not gonna happen again but now even my naive mentality is starting to really see the pattern, u shouldnt just switch games because ur haveing a bad month or two
or even 6 months or what ever
variance in mtts are huge
look at ur lifetime when shortterm is haveing to big of an effect on ur mindset, its easy to get caught up in variance
if u dont have a bankroll to play the mtts u played last month then u should move down, those mtts will be more profitable and its important to move down to rise again
i moved down to 1/2 this year and put in over 100k hands there and i havent played a hand there in years. but its important to take a step back because of these things, mental issues, bankroll, etc etc and now im playing 5/10 again stronger then ever just a few months later.
dont switch gametypes because of variance its only gonna make it worse, just wait for ur first 40 buy in DS in cashgames, what are u gonna do then? can u handle that? are u even a winner in the games?
u have no idea about these things because u have no substainable sample or proof of these things
and its not like ur history is saying anything else
this is in my opinion a terrible terrible idea and u are probably gonna pay for it, just like every other time uve made the same misstake for the same stupid reasons

This is a nice, well thought out post...boosted further by relating to self examples.
It's just a pity it will go completely unheeded.

15k minimum imo
(for a winning player in the games)
since u dont even know if u are winning u shuldnt be playing that high in the first place
play nl50 with 5-10k or something if u want to start over again as a "cg player"
