Anyone into it? 50% of the worlds fish are already from farms. Fact. Been to malaysia 2 months ago for some training and i might go to vietnam this summer also. Its good to be this obssessed about learning something which i can make money out of in the long term without worry of trends making it dated etc. Its food and basically healthier than factory meat and poultry. Fish farms can be organic and factory based at the same time unlike food inc bullshit.

Sounds like a good idea. Once saw a sick agriculture farm where the bottom was tilapia and on top they put a garden adn teh shit from teh talapia fed teh garden and not to sure what the tilapia ate but pretty sure it worked as its own eco system.
acording to vegans and shit farmed fish are terrible, but they also bitch nonstop about overfishing so you can smell their agenda

In America, one can farm fish at a nice profit. The way to go about this is to be the warden at a prison that farms fish. And your employees only end up with empty pockets! Thanks fees, fines, and taxes!

rad. I always wanted to automate a process for filleting salmon using optical inspection and 6 axis robots (automation engineer here) and run my own fish farm just cranking out delicious salmon fillets non stop. Seems like a much sounder investment than a house; it creates real value for the world, and financial-apocalypse-proof more of less, and possible to do on a small scale
I already have 50 crabs as an experiment in a 800 liter setup running on 1 pump, 1 aerator and another small pump for my skimmer. So far theyre doing ok with little water exchange. I'll try to push it to a 100 crabs by next week and if they can survive ill do 1 to 3000 heads by the summer. Wish me luck lp bros

Pics pls and more details about investments n shit. I will move sometime home and will def want to start some business alongside the small accounting that my parents already run. And this seems like it can be done on the side/be done by unqualified personnel - like feeding them, etc etc.
How big is the place you keep the crabs in? And do you have a pool or a big aquarium?
