Long Term Pokers

I honestly feel the biggest reason for the success you've had at poker, is simply the fact that it's your niche in life. Most people will probably never find theirs. Be glad you've found yours.

so ya i have 2 months left up here in Canada and no more bills atleast (paid 1st n last month rent when moved in and just paid middle 2 months)

so 60 days to build as much as possible, then move to AC or a nearby town, hopefully a small safe neighborhood if that exists out that way.

The city itself is fine, the crime rate is a little high, I was in AC playin one night, had nothin to get stoned, asked a guy at the table if he could score me an 8th of nug, we went to his place and smoked for a few hours.

They were explaining to me how through there youth in AC, they used to go around beating the fuck out of people on the streets for no reason...for fun etc. These guys were actually kinda "chill" too. They were mid 20's, so I imagine they were talking around the year 2000 or so.

SO ya, AC is the future for most of us players. I'm just makin $$ here and going there and moving there unless we get a compact with Pennsylvania.

Something I was unclear about though - After this trip, missing another christmas, missing all my family and friends, while sitting here running quite badly is very........very agitating.

I do not ever want to take another "poker trip for online poker outside the USA again. Ever." - only for live poker, - unless if that trip is to AC or Las Vegas, since they are both 2nd homes to me.

I spent tons of my life playing a video game to a semi pro status (kinda), have played poker for 10 years, because i felt i needed to prove to the world my self worth. But when I talk to my friends and my family, I know my self worth is way higher than any net worth can ever be. I will always play poker until the day I die, just don't take life to seriously. Nobody makes it out alive.

Yeah, I've been speechless reading your past blogs.

I wish you could find a more stable income than poker, and live a calmer life. I think having a regular income and playing part-time until you can give it another shot would benefit you mentally.

does jlost still read lp? afaik he's friends with neilly irl, seems to care about his best interests, and from when i've talked to him seems like a fairly nice/smart guy. i mean it's pretty clear 1000 different internet screennames can tell neilly he needs help or to focus his energy on something else and it won't make any difference, would probably be more effective if someone he knows irl tried talking to him.

PPLus that was not from a friend off facebook, that was from a friend that was at my house that night, via phone call. all it did was my prove my innocence.
