I just got done with my 10 ranked matches for dota and I have a 4134 mmr, which according to the website is 99% percentile. Lol wtf I don't even think i'm very good at the game and lost like 7/10 match i played because i hadn't played in about 3 months. If any of you want to play with a 99% percentile person  then shoot me a pm.

i didnt realize DOTA 2 had MMR, is that something new they added? |

If you read the website it actually says that those numbers and %'s are not accurate for Ranked.
"Note that this distribution is from normal matchmaking. We don’t know yet what the distribution will be in ranked matchmaking, but we expect it to be different. "
Still it is pretty decent. Most PROs are 5k + - bare in mind you get +/- 25 per game, it will take you some time to get to 5k
