Here are my two cents.
I have a feeling you create/upload too many videos. You seem incredibly desperate to succeed in creating a "huge" video channel. You're only on LP "promoting" your Youtube channel. It's getting kind of boring.
You say you do this full time? Does that mean you don't work/study? |

It appears to me that I am doing what I have done for all of my many posts at LP over the years: talk about what I am doing and showing pix.
I do wonder about posting too many videos and am in the middle of designing how to lay out my internet presence. The big push so far has been apart of growing a library in case something I throw up on there does suddenly catch some eyes -- go viral. And because I needed to get the commentating experience under my belt.
Probably going to cut all but one standard walkthrough at a time, get a pure lulz post-production video up each week and figure out if the type of commentated streaming that I enjoy doing is appealing to a large audience. My only streaming influence is nl_Kripp and I don't want to do it as he does (tons of hours streaming, very little commentary).
Plus I want to do a quasi-vlog-hangout-life-stuff channel. So much on my plate tho. |

Why not focus all your energy on making quality, and go 100% in on that, and when you make something that is really good, then kinda replicate that, and make more or the same and go with that.
That's what most famous channels do (and why i dont subscribe to any of them lol), hate humor that is the same, or people who keep doing same, repeat stuff, repeat stuff lol. But the masses love that shit. |

Word, I feel a bit like you about variety. I am evolving out my way of presenting 'quality'. Hitting a lot of speed bumps IRL atm. |

Anyways I see how this could be popular like Zelda walk throughs or something but seems like it would be hard to get into and and an easily saturated market. You need to get in first or at this point; do something original. Get a popular game before it is widely released and put up content about it before anyone else. I.e. Get invited to a beta of Warcraft 4 and do videos on it.
Can you really make good money doing this? Who pays you? You mentioned a YouTube millionaire, tell me about that. |
