hmm physics? seems cool. i wish i could do that. the guy had spinning momentum landing on his heels while flipping while the girl had momentum going downwards landing on her feet.

it's just physics tbh
if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

It's pretty simple:
- the girl is falling on concrete without shoes
- the guy is falling on grass/dirt and he has shoes which absorb a lot of the impact
- the girl lands stiff on her feet and they absorb the impact
- the guy purposely crumples/rolls backwards once he hits the ground so the impact is dispersed throughout his body
- the guy probably experienced some pain because this stunt involves so much force
- it's pretty crazy

guy has good technique, and absorbs the impact with different parts of the body (probabbly less than 20% from legs since muscles give up contraction against insane ammount of force).

That is an old gif. The girl did indeed end up breaking bones in both legs (or bones in feet), I'm not sure which.

I broke my heel bone in 3 parts jumping from a little higher than the girl, I tried to land kinda like the guy on the 1st video, on the tips of my feet and rolling over but I landed on the small concrete square and heels first like a stupid eagle.
Who would have thought that watching lots of parkour videos wouldnt help lol

also the other girl cleverly landed in water, which is a different chemical compound and state of matter than concrete, and that could have allowed her to land softly without the sudden deceleration of landing on a solid surface

the guy has some angular momentum that allows him to disperse the force throughout his body. Then he lands like Zelda after a big jump or fall.
even though its dirt he could still obviously break some bones or his neck. He stuck that perfectly. Anyone know if it is 100% real because the tower rocks and it looks real but ive never seen anything like that from quite that high.
