Since I dont have too many followers I was not very interested to blog this month, but I have to kill 20 minutes, so I'll do it to keep some records
This month I didnt make platinum with 6.4k vpp, becouse I had to work again as a professor (an 8hr/week job Im not interested to quit yet) in the university and started to see some satellite hypers (6 max, 2 prizes). Not enough sample yet to show a graph, so here it is the monthly Triple draw graph (this time in BB)



About other life's topics: I reached 57 Kg with a basic clean diet (see March review) from a downswing about 40 days ago when I was in 52 Kg. Still not recovered my previous strength and power but I feel a lot better (where the fuck all this weight goes?). Probably I'll go back to the gym next week after like 5 years without weights becouse I want to deadlift and make my quads sore with full back squats which I cant with any bodyweight exercise right now.

Just cuz ppl don't post doesn't mean they don't find your shit interesting

I remember one other person was checking out unpopular games a while back.. maybe dj? Think he was only razz(ing) though. By checking out, I mean, I think he played it for 2-3 years heh.

It's hard to relate to you poker-wise, cuz none of us have a sweet clue wtf any of this entails. What's a good night? What's a bad night? When you spew, is it faster/more intense on the bankroll playing these games, or playing nlhe? What's your bankroll at? Cash out much?

Man. I wouldn't rush into deadlifting if I was on the mend. Can get terrific work-outs in without it. Might stress you too much..? Dunno, other people certainly know better than I do - haven't worked out consistently in almost 8 years.

at bigredhoss: yeah, Im from BA

at devon06atX: I heard 2-7 TD has the highest variance amongst the limit games. 50BB swings are common in 500 hands and 100BB are not rare. I think 1K BB is the minimum bankroll requiered to play this game when playing for stakes you care.
About weights, I just need a leg day. I already do some lunges and bulgarian squats followed by pistol squats 2x3 with 31X tempo (maybe 6 if I bounce or cheat), 1 leg no weight deadlift 3x6 and can drop from 2m a few times (I do parkour). If I do regular squats without weight I do so many reps that wont do anything, and pistols are too low rep to make any hypertrophy. I want any squat type exercise where I can go full range of motion in the 6rep range. The 1 leg deadlift already work my hamstrings so much that I want to try real deadlifts. Obviously I'll start with no less than 6rep range for the main 2 sets untill Im sure I have a good technique. I'll probabbly do light adductor exercises and high rep for soleus that day at the beginning. I dont know how stressfull deadlift can be. Deadlift day can be once a week, with Squat/legcurl/gastrocnemius other day and upper body a 3rd day.
