I'm thinking about losing some weight
31 YO
Weight: 85.5 kg / 188.5 lbs
Height: 1.84 m / 6.04 feet
Goal:
-7.5kg / - 16.5 lbs
11 weeks total
-0,7kg / -1,54 lbs week
Now what spice could I add and would anyone be interested?
like adding 2 beers/day
or
2 cheesburgers a day

What you are trying to accomplish seems a bit too easy to bet against. Also why would you add beers or cheeseburgers? Are you just losing weight for lulz or do you really want it |

adding beer or something cause otherwise noone will want to bet, it has to be tougher than just normal lose weight bet
adding 2 beers is ~500kcal more daily in fluids (doesnt make you feel like your stomach is full)+ alcohol that lowers willpower, tho not sure if i want to become an alcoholic ;o
I want to do it, but might as well bet on it and add something that will make it more of a challenge |

bets like these.... how can we be sure that you indeed for example drink 2 beers/day? Just because you say so? Even measuring weight at the end can be cheated. Its not against you, I just dont know you and why would I trust a complete stranger. |

If you want to lose weight to have health benefits you should definitely not do it while drinking 2 beers/day or eating cheeseburgers. If you want to increase the challenge it's better to lower the amount of time needed to lose said weight imo. Also you can easily lose 3-4 kg very quickly at the beginning due to the effect of liquid retention so what you should measure is body fat rather than weight. |

I guess you have more muscles, even though i do "some" weightlifting, I have never trained the way that would make me feel like "dying" another day in painful agony while getting out of bed |

adding 2 beers per day makes it a fun prop bet, but a horrible diet plan.:D Still, you need something, cuz down 7.5kg in 11 weeks is not that tough, especially not if you don't have much muscle. And I wouldn't want you to lose weight faster than that either, or more than that, cuz you're not fat enough for that to be healthy.
I guess if you videotape 160 examples of you drinking beer during this period of time, it'd work. Under that condition, I'll bet you $10 that you won't do it. |

Thx for the comment and concern
Well drinking beer every day - something i dont like for 10$ is not a good idea
I know it's not that hard to do it on its own, hence the suggestion of some sort of adjustment. (like beers, cheesburgers or maybe something else)
I used the site thewh00sel suggested and did bet 100$ for 4% weightloss in a month (there are no higher bets there available, nor more options for short ones - it's either 1 month or 6 months bets) |
