if you have to fold QQ to a 4bet then maybe flat preflop?
Otherwise if you somehow know they never ever 4bet and always call with worse you can muck easily
But you could also maybe call 4bets too and see a flopand what the other guy does
You should have in mind what you seem to be in your opponents eyes. If you are eg nitty you can be pretty sure they're not trying to push you off a good hand, etc

i literally cant stop running into coolers with my strong hands and suck outs with my marginal hands
i lost 10 bi yesterday and 6 bi today
every time i had aa kk qq or jj with any action. lost 75% of my sets, straights AND flushes
every time i think i can exploit an opponent who steals too much or quite literally will never fold to a 3bet, i get punished
every fucking time. i am so scared now that any time anyone is in a hand with me, even if im ahead, even if i triple barrel and im ahead pre, the flop, and the turn, ill still always lose on the river
i have aa folded to me 9 out of 10 times, but that one time i get action, i can get it in preflop, and they can call with any two, and they have gotten there very time

i can get two streets of value with an overpair and theyll have bottom pair because they like to call even with jack high, and they'll get two pair every time on the river or theyll hit a set or a straight
the people who never fold get there so fucking much and they are so tight that they lose so much value that its so fucking tilting
im talking people with fold to 3bet after 2bet of 25% over 200 samples, or fold to cbet 10% over 300 samples
and this is all over 10k hands since i made this blog
and then the tilt that sets in and the stubbornness. i know i should fold. i lose every time they play against me. i know im ahead on the turn, but they just check raised my cbet, and while they have only 15%, i know they'll hit it EVERY TIME. 3 or 4 bi lost to calling turn and calling little bitch bets on the river. its like im implied value towning myself
the rate of loss is so extreme i wonder if i keep up if ill bust at the end of the month at 70 sd/100
