I'm genuinely interested in your mindset behind that. Majority of Germans used to do the same thing and you could always see grandmas driving the newest Porsche. But what's the point of having money when you're old and don't have as much energy to do everything you wanted to do? Or do you only limit yourself in terms of material possessions but go all out on experiences?

That being said I am getting more and more materialistic and I find myself lusting after random shit like watches, suits, cars, houses, etc. I feel like having more money isn't really just about living lavishly though you can not show off your money that much but women will respond better to you just because you have a bunch of money. I don't think I would ever frame it go all out on experiences. I think the only touristy shit I ever enjoyed was The Louvre in Paris. Those flights and trains and hotel rooms and meals were pretty fucking expensive though. Most of my travels were fun because of the people but guess what there are people local to me as well. I am not a fan of asceticism unless it is veganism but anyone can go down to the local family owned taco joint and get a black bean burrito with avocado and pico de gallo and hot sauce or whatever amongst friends and have a good time. I don't have to be at Les Deux Magots or Café Flore to have an experience. The fucking Waffle House on the highway works for me.

If you get into good shape start sniping fashion that is timeless. I always go back to the lacked here in that Prada outfit my friend wore and probably could have gotten laid by 5 women or more or really the whole club men and women included but he chose the smoking hot corporate lawyer in town for a good time. I've known quite a few poker players that go for that I make money watch and end up never wearing it. I think it is best to pick a watch that you like and not care too much. There is a lot of value in novelty but I think in a lot of situations there are fine lines here. If I could spend a month in Japan or Italy or India with locals I assume I would be in heaven but I really don't know and those trips would still be expensive even if I lived cheaply.

It's no yacht but you can probably find an abandoned fiberglass boat and clean it up, find a used aluminum mast, and then I wouldn't go cheap on the sail but it's doable. Sailing is much more difficult then just blasting through with large engines though. Get some prosecco to pour on the tits and Vueve Clicquot on sale at CostCo to drink before and after you cum on her face. I have to run again but if you got a GTR in a hot color and the rest of your life was up to that standard you would be getting laid as much as you wanted unless that meant getting woken up by two women giving you blowjobs every morning in which case you would still not be rich enough or setup for that but you would be on the right track.

I don't think materialism and aspiration are necessarily bad things as long as you have the discipline to adhere to your budget. I can easily get those watches or glasses but I don't. Having some sort of logical framework such as the "5% rule" for cars is great for this. Ex maybe watches should be 1% or less of networth.
