I haven't looked into the energy issues with cryptocurrency. I have no idea if it is blown out of proportion or a big problem. I know that my USD vanishing into dust is a big problem and with DarkFi it will protect from the authoritarian elite. But, alas BTC may be nothing more than a cheaper way to send funds and maybe that is ok.

Given your posting history I think it's a little problematic for you to not admit to ever having the glow of green in your eyes. The chase for trendy NFTs and alt-coins has greed written all over it. I have had the glow more days than not in my life although non-green eyes is catching up I think. A lot of people will probably say greed is a good trait due to capitalism's grasp. I think it's better to step back and contemplate a bit what we each want livin' to look like. The "baller" lifestyle has its costs both financial and spiritual. Quite the high costs in most cases.

I can understand buying something that will stand out in a "good" way if there are extra funds for it. Maybe that is a Porsche 911 in New York City or a pimped out Ford F-250 in Texas. Besides those cases, nothing is really that far away from a 5 year old Toyota Camry besides total dump lemon cars. So, I concede that "stuntin'" is a thing that has value for some people but you actually have to be stuntin' for it to have any value. We only have 1 life and we must consider how we will live it. I have given up on stuntin' but I do see from a marketing standpoint that if the goal is to sleep with a certain kind of woman and get respect from other men there is a case to be made there.

My guitar teacher has me working solos heavy because he said that Slash got more pussy than Izzy (Guns n' Roses lead guitar vs rhythm guitar). It's a joke but there is truth to it. I enjoy playing for the sake of playing but if it eventually got me pussy I wouldn't complain.

Any1 with half a brain knows that just becuz his mom gives him "access to a car" doesn't mean its not inconvenient and he has to rely on other methods and make sacrifices alot of the time.
