How often are they down like this?
I log in and it's a black screen or a white/grey screen. Finally, I restart enough times and get to the lobby but I can't join any games. It loads up to 99% and then just stays there.
I googled it and it happens to other people. I was wondering if this stuff happens to you and how often?

New findings:
Still can't play cash games but they will let me play Zone (Zoom) Poker......
Also, my balance seems to change every time I'm on the damn site and I am not talking about swings. |

So, I went to some poker discord. Turns out it happens to everyone and it's probably not due to my shitty computer. Ignition only has poker to attract fish to punt in the casino or splash around and pay exorbitant rake in that order. They don't give a shit about me. They don't want to pay out any more of my bonus. Yet, I bet they will still make it difficult for me to cash out. |

I used to play Ignition, shit like this happens.
I remember one time I was cashing out, they needed and ID, so I scanned my passport, they said it wasn't a valid ID and that i needed my voting card which I didn't have, so I obviously told the woman that the passport is probably the most secure internationally recognized ID, that this was stupid and she threatened to not allowing me to cash out if I didnt speak in a nicer tone ffs. |
