I thought everyone abandoned me. I say for the better because then we can put forth more attention and energy towards Life! Although the only time I leave the house is to get a lift in and ogle hot body gym rats. This is something I know I need improvement in and I am working on it.

I still want to chill out a little bit and listen to music.

I got cleaned up. 1 all around buzzcut and beard trimmed to 3mm. Cut my fingernails. Brushed my teeth. Took a shower. Got after it in the gym. I worked up to a max set of 5 reps on the deadlift. Did some BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUATS. Realized my legs are fucking weak man. Did 3x12 back extensions holding 25 lbs. I really should move up to 45 lbs. and beyond that should get after it on some glute ham raises or reverse hyperextensions.

I am going to miss my idle time. Not as much time to lie about reading novels and taking naps when I am employed. Not as much time to savor my coffee. Not as much time to wake up whenever I want.

I love me some white tea. Sometimes I think that sitting here and typing stuff gets me somewhere. I can do a lot of thinking about stuff. I have a lot of time and attention to linger contemplatively. About life, about whatever. It's pretty obvious I need a job. How to get that job is a little bit more complex but it is not rocket science.

My health insurance changed and I don't think there is anything I can do about it besides get a job with better health insurance if that is even a thing anymore.

I think there is a rage deep inside me regarding all of this stuff. I envy and also respect people who can just be adults and not complain given the situation many of us are in. Usually, they are one of the lucky ones and not in the situation many of us are in. It is a good thing I have white tea and lifting weights. Historically, I let the rage brew and fester and it shows itself in a blowup of some kind. It happened in poker, it happened in b2b sales, it happend in retail. I'll just be quiet and stoic but something is festering. I have to unload that shit somewhere. I think many times it's this blog but this blog is not good enough. How do y'all blow off steam and stay sane?

Some good sights, yes. If you are a fly on the wall. I used to spend quite a lot of time in yoga spheres. Many times as the only male in attendance. Rah rah me but I valued respect of the sphere.

The gym is slightly different. I have 1-2 min. of rest time between sets with nothing to do. So, I'm not actually ogling these women but I am having subtle looks. Anything excessive and male gazey would be harmful and I wouldn't want to risk being a creepy old guy. I've noticed I get carried away with some of my blogs.
