Here is a graph of the past two weeks of my play - the most striking thing is less so the $ change than the amount of hands I've played: far too little.
My goals as a poker player are to be able to beat 4-6 tables of 50 NL 6-max at 5 bb/100 by May. Currently I'm about even at 25 NL, though I swing around a lot.
I play three tables (used to be two) at a time, which while giving less raw results allows me to spot my mistakes and improve upon them - and I make many mistakes.
So my goal for the next little bit is mostly going to be to play more; unfortunately, I have weird tilt. What does that mean? It means that me tilting = me logging off: instead of getting upset and shoving all in or whatever, I just quit PS for awhile. But wait, there's more to my tilt: I don't tilt because of bead beats, ever. I tilt when I get outplayed, and I really get upset and log off. It's not a terrible type of tilt (and is probably occasionally +ev), because I'm able to quit if I'm playing against someone better than me, BUT getting outplayed is part of the growth progress and I need to deal with it, learn from it, and improve. Quitting after getting outplayed in a big pot, though, stops that, and so I don't play many hands.
Anyway, I will come up with a more concrete goal (#hours/day) sometime later and edit this post.
