As I stated before I really need to cashout from pacific poker... now check this out...

Jeffery1: please note that there was an email that was sent to you on the 2/13/07 from the Operations department
Jeffery1: the email explained why your cashout was returned as stated in the email
Nietherr: I didnt receieved any email from you
Jeffery1: there was two email sent the same day you receive the email regarding the cashout
Jeffery1: both email were sent on the 2/13/07
Nietherr: yes, first was regarding of cashing out and second was some advertistement
Jeffery1: if you like I can resend the email to you
Nietherr: but in that email wasnt anything about any problem of cashing out after those three days which I had to wait patiently

Thank you for contacting us.

Petr, unfortunately, we will not be able to speed up the process of the
Cash Out request. so let me take this opportunity to explain the reasons
why we have a 3-day waiting policy for cash out requests.

Prior to having this policy, we received a very large quantity of recent
cash outs heading back into our system as deposits. Members were
reversing their cash outs, which in turn crippled our method of dealing
with them. Pacific Poker does not charge for deposits or cash outs as we
pay these fees out of our own pocket. This is a benefit that not all
online poker rooms offer.

We realized that we either had to impose these charges on our members,
or find another solution that would not be so burdensome. In addition to
this, our Security department requested a few days extra after the
requests for cash outs, to ensure that their security requirements were
being met. We asked our members their opinion on this matter and the
overwhelming majority preferred to receive their cash outs with a short
delay rather than to pay the fees themselves.

Hence, we decided to implement this 3 day period. This policy presented
three very significant solutions to a troublesome trio of problems:
1) Our members could now easily transfer their winnings to their
bankroll.
2) Our Security department had enough time to prevent any fraudulent
activity.
3) Pacific Poker did not start charging fees for transactions.
Nietherr: but nothing about returning my cashout back to my bankroll

Cassava (Gibraltar) Ltd operates "Pacific Poker".

I am contacting you in regards to your Pacific Poker account with username "Nietherr".

We are pleased to see you that have made a recent cashout request from your account,
and we hope to be able to process this for you without delay. However this cashout
request does include an amount of the bonus we have previously issued to you. Each
bonus we issue has an allocated amount to wager attached, and unfortunately you
have yet to complete the wagering necessary to cashout this bonus amount.
Jeffery1: As we would like you to have your cashout as soon as possible, can we please ask you
to cancel this cashout and continue to play the bonus according to our bonus policy
wagering requirement. Since the bonus/es in question was/were issued, you have wagered
correctly $264. Therefore, in order to cashout the bonus you still need to wager (bet)
a further $1856. Alternatively we will return the cashout to the bankroll after the
regular awaiting cashout period

You can check the amount of wagering you have completed by the amount of Bonus
Points that you have received. For every $10 you wager, you receive 1 point.
When you receive a bonus please check the number of total points you currently
have, and how much wagering is required. Please note that any cash out that
includes the bonus amount will be subject to the wagering criteria.

I do, I was really amazed that I could cashout all my money ... no where was anything about something is bonus and I don't "own" those money.

I mean, it was strange that they let me have it ... :D
