my BR took a hard hit too (many times set vs runner runner flush/straight). Im playing scared shitless poker right now because of my BR. I reviewed what I did back then when I went on a 19 buyin + streak (2successive days) and man, I was playing the aggressive monkey. I get raised when I lead with TPTK, and I just push over him. around 70% of the time villain had nothing. I really didnt need sets or nuts to win full buyins. Of course all this depends on opponent reads (basic stuff like is he tight/loose/passive, fullstacked/not, betsize obv and timing). My BR is affecting my play so much I dont think I'll ever get back to being a winner (unless I see like 10% of my hands at flop). once I reach around $300-400 its back to monkey business.

if you mastered tight ABC style you'd easily crush up to NL100-200.

tightening up EP i even fold AQ utg, loosen up around mid pos say start raising AQ/AJ

in LP i raise a much wider range. 4bb +1 sir for raises and raise it like that with shit like AJ/AT/KQs to take down dead money often and if they call then oh well you have a pretty decent hand in position.

properly 3 bet your top tier hands and cbet most pots for 3/5 to psb.

YoMeR advice here is great, oh and dont try and ever make them fold a hand at 10nl, that was one of my biggest spews until i stopped trying to do it. They wont fold TPTK ever ever ever so dont even bother, just wait till u hit a good hand and cash. They also wont notice ur playing tight either so dont worry about table image at all.
