so i took a stab at making pad thai today
i failed completely
when it comes to stir frying, i am a noob
i didnt soak the noodles long enough so they were pretty hard but the flavor was good
im going to take another stab at it tomorrow. i also need to season my wok which EVERYTHING fucking stuck to.
the bar girl turned out to be really cool. she's a great conversationalist and cuter than i remembered. plus she has tig ol bitties

Poker is going ok. I lost 2 buy-ins today because im an idiot ape. That's all thanks for wasting your time

what do you mean by seasom?
DO you have a western wok or a chinese wok?
If it is a western one and everything sticks to it then throw it away. If it is chinese one then remember you can use washing up liquid to clear it, only pure water. |

i'm not sure to be honest. but it's not stainless steel (it's black) which probably means that i should toss it and buy a new one |
