I'd honestly fold the jacks as well at NL5.. ; [ Call for set odds, then fold.
Just so you don't have to play hands like this.

But yeah, maybe people will disagree with that, I just thought it helped me alot when starting out to just play really really really nitty, ie like grot's guide for beginners and perhaps even one step further

And yeah, I'd definitely fold AQ to a raise, calling raises with AQ just suuuuuuuuuuucks so bad, if you flop AAQ you can be happy otherwise its' kinda bleh ;p

Ok, AxQ flop is fine too.
