Oh yeah that's right, I've never experience such a large variance at FR just look at this image of today's session
It's like completely nuts. Getting AQ on AQ4 board with villain holding 44 was ridiculous as me with KT on xxT board vs AT so after 20 minutes of session I was -2bi ! Thanks to Joe who cheered me up so I could continue playing without any bad mood. After 1k hand I've ended up about +1bi with 10bb/100 (my usual 15bb/100 wasnt quite possible with those beats but whatever )
Today I've also "developed" one strategic thought about cont. betting. Maybe it's common knowledge but I've just realized it so here it is: When the flop is without J,Q,K,A there is about 95% probability that villain will fold at your cont. bet because imagine with what villain is calling you with. Definately not two high pairs like TT+ because in that caise he would have reraised, definately not with two random small cards because those are too small to call raise. So what remains is small pocket pairs and two high cards like KJ, QK etc. Small pocket pair wont call you much unless he
1) has great read on you
2) is calling station
3) hit trips or has TP
but most time villain will have those KJ, KQ or whatever with which he really can't call you.
So I've set up this small rule for me. If the board is dry without any card T+ I will always bet (and 95% of time win )
[/blah ! ]

just a small remark about ur cbetting rule - yea of course on flops like 223 it is highly unlike that it helped anyone, but there are different players with different calling ranges and only ur knowledge of ur opponents play can make ur decisions more accurate.
of course it is a good idea to set urself rules based on general gameplay at ur level, but as u want to improve ur game u cant just stick to general rules. use these rules vs unknown opponents, but try to get a grasp about every opponents play and use it to ur advantage |

there is a light at the end of the tunnel... (but sometimes the tunnel is long and deep as hell) | |

Also, if it's heads up you should contbet stuff with just one high card every time too. |
